Connect & Create was founded in Mauritius with one mission: to transform ordinary events into extraordinary shared experiences.
We are a Mauritius-based experiential agency, founded in 2025. We design and deliver corporate events, team building, exhibitions, live events, weddings and family experiences – and we run the whole journey, from the first conversation to the final debrief.
Our starting point is always people: who will be in the room, what they need to feel, and what should change because they were there. That is why our work spans strategy, creative concept, production and logistics under one team.

The founders
People insight and creative craft, side by side – so every experience is as well understood as it is well designed.
Vanessa brings a background in Human Resources management and strategic operations. Before founding Connect & Create she organised corporate events, team-building retreats and year-end celebrations, and her HR experience shapes how the agency designs for people: understanding needs, anticipating details and delivering experiences tailored to each audience.
Mervin is a graphic designer and content creator with hands-on experience in event coordination. He leads the agency's visual communication – from branding, print and signage to social media and promotional campaigns – so every event looks and feels consistent from invitation to stage.
