Who we are

What we collect

When you complete a form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company, and information about your event or requirements (which may include accessibility needs you choose to share). We also collect technical data such as pages visited and device type if you accept analytics cookies.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals, deliver events you book with us, and – only with your consent – send you updates such as Family & Kids Expo news. We do not sell your personal data.

Legal basis

We process enquiry data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and analytics or marketing data on the basis of your consent, in line with the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017 and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after [24 months – confirm]. Client records are kept as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run the website and deliver events (for example hosting, email and venue partners), under appropriate confidentiality and security terms.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. You may also complain to the Data Protection Office of Mauritius.
