Facilitation approach

Play with a purpose. Reflect with intent.

Our facilitators run the day so your managers can take part – not manage logistics.

  1. Step 1

    Brief

We start with your objectives, your people and any sensitivities we should know about.

  2. Step 2

    Frame

Each challenge opens with a clear purpose, so people understand why they are playing.

  3. Step 3

    Play

Facilitators keep the pace, the safety and the energy right for your group.

  4. Step 4

    Reflect

Short debriefs link what happened in the game to how the team works day to day.

FAQ

Questions HR teams ask us

What makes this different from a fun day out?

Every programme starts from an objective – communication, trust, leadership, wellbeing – and ends with a short facilitated reflection that links the challenges back to everyday work. It is still fun; it just has a purpose.

How many people can take part?

The Connection Circuit is designed for 12 to 120 participants. Smaller and larger groups are possible – tell us your numbers and we will suggest the right format.

Can you run team building at our office or hotel?

Yes. We can run programmes at your premises, at a hotel or at a venue we help you choose, indoors or outdoors.

What if some colleagues have limited mobility?

Tell us in advance. We adapt activities and offer roles so that everyone can take part fully and comfortably.

How far in advance should we book?

As early as possible, especially for year-end and peak dates. Contact us with your preferred date and we will confirm availability.
